Layer 7 monitoring

After searching many locations, I could not find an answer.

I am wondering if PRTG has the ability to capture raw packets, that we can put into wireshark.

From what I was reading, it can only do up to layer 4, but hoping to get a more concrete answer.

Nope, no level 7 monitoring I'm afraid.
