I created a server template with approx. 40 sensors. When I add a new device upon this template not all sensors are shown. I tried several times, also recrating the template.

Best regards

What Sensors were you using and did you select the Sensors in the list when creating the template? If so, please don't select them - as it's an exclude list :)

Thank you for your reply. Surely I did NOT mark any sensors as I created the template :-).

Sensors not showing on new servers used from the template are: The Servers are build up the same (Disk, …)

  • Logical Disk: Disk 0
  • Network Team - Traffic
  • SNMP HP Systemzustand
  • Physical Disk: Port1 Box1...

Could you post the actual template? It resides in the following directory:

C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\devicetemplates\

Thanks! :)

Okay, I figured it would be smaller. Could you open up a support case via [email protected]. provide me with the template file and refer to that thread? :)
