MIB-files for Xerox printer.

Since PRTG don't has special sensors for Xerox Devices i'm trying to find MIB-files for creating SNMP Custom sensors. Most i'm interesting in paper quantity and toner level for devices: WorkCentre 5740 WorkCentre 5325 WorkCentre 5330 WorkCentre 5325 VersaLink B615

Can anyone help with solution? Unfortunately internal PRTG "Printer HP" template don't work correctly with this devices.

What happens when you add the SNMP Printer Sensor to the device? From what I can tell from their documentation, the MIB files seem to be downloadable via their webinterface (or the documentation CD that came with it). In case they're not, here they are:

The problem with current "SNMP Printer Sensor" it can't correctly notify about "Out of paper" in printer tray. It says "OK" when tray is actually empty. Scanning Interval 60 sec. for it, so it must notifying in time, but it not happening.

Could you post a screenshot of that Sensor with all of it's channels? You can embed the direct image url using the following code:

Thank you Stephan, actually i found requested information. Your links helped!

Just for the history: Xerox has same OID's for all our models, i made walk for OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.43.8.2.1.10 and get the following result:

  • 1.3.6.1.2.1.43.8.2.1.10.1.1 - for Tray 1 and other...
  • 1.3.6.1.2.1.43.8.2.1.10.1.2
  • 1.3.6.1.2.1.43.8.2.1.10.1.3
  • 1.3.6.1.2.1.43.8.2.1.10.1.4
  • 1.3.6.1.2.1.43.8.2.1.10.1.5

Values (answer) may differ for different models, it can be -3,-1,0 or 140,480 and other, so Sensor must has setting relying on final values.

Regarding your screenshot request, we lost this information, unfortunately, and i can't say what printer has an issue.
