Build OID template scratch

I have been working with Meraki for almost a year now trying to get the SNMP Traffic to be pulled so I can monitor bandwidth of the MX Internet port and LAN ports for troubleshooting bandwidth problems. Funny thing is the SNMP Traffic works with their switch but not there routers. Meraki is saying that they believe the problem was the first OID uptime.

They asked that I make a custom OID sensor using the OID from this sample out put at this address: https://documentation.meraki.com/zGeneral_Administration/Monitoring_and_Reporting/SNMP_Overview_and_Configuration#SNMP_Timeouts.

How would I create this?

oid router sensor snmp-traffic

Hi there,

For the SNMP Traffic Sensors checks PRTG if the Uptime OID is present (per RFC). If the OID is not present, you will get an error. However the following Custom Template should allow you to automatically create your Traffic Sensors:

Best regards.
