Two way communication between PRTG to JIRA service desk
I would like to have the following functions:
- if any of my monitored device is down, or exceed threshold open a ticket in Jira Serice Desk Server (not cloud) (PRTG > JIRA)
- if the ticket is change to a status (for expample "working on") tha alert status change to acknowledged (JIRA > PRTG)
The question is if alert status can be change via API?
