Can't download historic graphs?

So, I have had little to no trouble working with the API and it's very straight-forward. However, I recently tried to download historic graphs and I get a 404-not found error upon calling the API. I've double checked the url 3-4 times now but I can't understand why. I copied the example in your documentation to my base adress, added the credentials at the end and then changed the values to suit my needs. But all I get is a 404. Here's the link I've tried calling:

https://localhost/api/chart.png?id=xxxx&avg=0&sdate=2019-10-21-00-00-00&edate=2019-10-22-00-00-00&width=1024&height=576&graphstyling=baseFontSize='12'%20showLegend='0'&graphid=-1&username=xxxxxx&passhash=xxxxxxxxxx

All the 'x's are replaced with credentials and sensitive data.
