Sound alerts in HTML map

Good morning. I define in the core server a page.html with map that includes sound alerts. Then I call this html in other computer in VPN to have visibility of the map all time. I see the map and sensors, but when a sound sensor change to red color, the alarm don’t sounds. This is the issue that I have. How I configure the map o the .html to listen sound alarms in local computer ?

Hi there,

I think it's the browser that prevents PRTG from running the audible alert here. Please take a look at the following article. It explains how to work around this.
