User Story

Currently there is no out-of-the-box support for Let's encrypt certificates. As these become more and more popular, supported should be integrated.

Details of User Story

I would like to use an Let's Encrypt certificate for PRTG. This would include the reloading of the certificate without restarting the core probe.

Acceptance criteria

Parameters for the type of certificate should be configurable (ECDSA/RSA; key strength/curve).
the renewal task should be automaticly run in the background by the core service on a configurable interval.
Certificate should be renewed without restarting the core service.
