User Story

As a PRTG User, I want to monitor our Dell EMC VPLEX (storage virtualization) via REST sensor.

Details of User Story

The current available REST sensors for Dell EMC Unity storage are awesome and highly appreciated by us, so we would like to monitor our VPLEX with these too. The VPLEX offers a REST API like on Unity too, unfortunately the Unity sensors don't work on VPLEX.

Acceptance criteria

  • Add several REST Dell EMC System Health Sensors for Dell EMC VPLEX to cover: - all available health states (cluster health, component health, witness health,...) - all available states (operational status, admin state, wan com status,...) - all available witness states (admin state, operational status, witness server state) - performance monitoring (cpu, bandwith, throughput,...)
