User Story

As a PRTG User, I need a logarithmic scale on graphs. Certain things I need to monitor are useless without this or a similar scale.

Details of User Story

Some values have peaks that are orders of magnitude above the norms. I need to be able to see the normal variances as well as the peaks. This requires a log scale or similar. I also sometimes have to monitor a number of divergent values in one graph. If it's linear, there's no way I can see the smaller values when things scale for the larger values.

Acceptance criteria

  • An option to choose between log and linear graphs.
  • Log graphing in addition to linear.
  • Ideally, an option to determine the rate of change in the scale.
