Feature-request: Disable ticket system



Large enterprises generally have their own ticket system, please provide an option to completely disable the PRTG ticketing system

Thank you for your post.

Currently it is not possible to disable the ticketing system in PRTG. However, you can turn off the notifications for the tickets, so you do not get any emails about them. This can be turned off in the "Settings" of each user (in Setup>System Administration>User Accounts).

If you want this to get implemented in the future, please create a feature request.

We (university) also want / need this to be possible. so again: feature requst to be able to disable mthe whole ticket-system stuff.
