Hello,

Thank you for the message.

If you lost the password of the prtgadmin account, you can use the PRTG Administration tool to change it. Please, have a look at this KB article: https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/70600-password-reset-will-not-show-up-in-my-recover-email
