User Story

As a PRTG User, I want be able to match a DNS Query sensor on multiple IP ranges (e.g., 18.232.* and 69.128.*) in the Filter Value field so that when a DNS name that uses multiple different IP ranges changes its mapping, the sensor will not fail and generate an alert.

Details of User Story

The Filter Value field in the DNS v2 sensor (https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/dns_v2_sensor) has the ability to match on a single range of IP addresses (e.g., 18.232.*). This request is to add the ability to match on multiple IP ranges (e.g., 18.232.* and 69.128.*).

This valuable for monitoring a DNS name that can legitimately switch its DNS mapping among multiple IP ranges, which is becoming more and more common as services are run in the cloud and switch DNS mappings for maintenance or releases.

Acceptance criteria

A DNS name can match any of the IP wildcard ranges specified and be considered as 'Up'.
