Hi, I followed this reply to import the ssl certificate https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/283-how-can-i-use-a-trusted-ssl-certificate-with-the-prtg-web-interface#reply-673 but I get the error in the object I read this question https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/88395-i-have-an-issue-with-prtg-for-ios-what-can-i-do and I uploaded the certificate using the PRTG Certificate Importer about the Requirements for trusted certificates in iOS 13 and macOS 10.15: - I used 2048 bits key size - the SSL certificate uses sha256 hash algorithm - the SSL certificate has the DNS name of the server in the Subject Alternative Name extension and in the CommonName - the SSL certificate has 1 year validity the only thing I don't know how to verify is this: - TLS server certificates must contain an ExtendedKeyUsage (EKU) extension containing the id-kp-serverAuth OID. using this SSL certificate checker https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html I got this warning "The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate. Learn more about this error. You can fix this by following Sectigo's Certificate Installation Instructions for your server platform (use these instructions for InstantSSL). Pay attention to the parts about Intermediate certificates." how can I solve this? thank you best regards

Hello,

Thank you for your message.

Regarding the issue, can you please generate a certificate from an other Certificate Authority (Let's Encrypt for example) and import it in PRTG. Then, please try again to connect with the mobile application.

To generate a certificate from Let's Encrypt, you can use ZeroSSL for example.

Kind regards.
