Featurerequest: Scan Intervall Eskalation

User story

From other monitoring solutions, we know that a scan interval is automatically shortened if there is a failure. This is intended to detect more quickly whether a device is available again. When it is online again, the interval should then automatically switch back to regular operation.

Acceptance criteria

  • When a device goes down, decrease the scanning interval to quickly check when it is online again
  • When device is back online, increase the scanning interval to origin
