User story

As a PRTG user, I want to be able to filter the table of channels based on the channel name.

Mockup with demo sensor with high number of channels

Details of user story

User case 1

When you are on limited browser view, the channel names are not fully shown (as seen in image), hence you cannot use search feature of browser.

User case 2

For sensors with lots of channels the table does not render all of them. There is hardcoded limit how many of them the table can render. Without any pagination or anything, so you cannot find the right channel without redeploying the sensor (for example if there are some old mounts/drives/.. with no data)

Acceptance criteria

  • Criterion #1: Table view of sensors will have filter input box, which will list only channels matching the value
