Azure - Sensor Cost Subscription

Hello, I have a problem with the sensor PRTG for monitor costs on Azure, I have done all the steps

- App Registration - Custom Role

Etc, the sensor returns me an error, and in the log file I find this:

I cannot understand how to set the billing period?

Hi Trueblue,

You can follow the steps in this article to create the subscription.

Afterwards, try to recreate the sensor to see if it works.

Hello, i’ve already execute that steps but I have the same message. I tried to re-done all operations but nothing change.

Hello Trueblue,

Kindly provide some screenshots showing the configured billing period in your Azure configuration for further investigation as well as a screenshot of the sensor's settings page. You can forward it to [email protected] for further investigation.
