Regarding the generation of the report, I'm afraid that it is not possible to stop them at the moment. In such case, you can wait until the generation reaches the defined timeout value (default 1 hour) or restart the Core server in PRTG Administration Tool > Service Start/Stop.
If needed, you can change the timeout value by following the steps provided in this KB article: https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/11233-how-can-i-change-the-default-timeout-for-report-generation-in-prtg. However, note that reducing the timeout might prevent the generation of existing reports.
