User story
As a PRTG user, I want to be able to exclude ranges from the proxy settings in the PRTG server settings.
Details of user story
Right now when you setup a proxy in the PRTG UI server settings, the proxy gets used for every connection made from the PRTG server. Which is great for connecting to the internet for support cases or HTTP checks. However, when you use local IP addresses in the notification templates or local IP's in the SMS server settings, the requests are also routed through the proxy. Even if the IP's are in the same subnet as the PRTG core server. In windows, when configuring a proxy, you have the option to exclude IP's or DNS's. It would be nice to have this option too in the proxy settings.
