Add a "Goal" feature to more sensors

Hi,

Thanks for making PRTG a great product!

I wish to ask of you to add the "Goal" feature (being able to decide if the probe's desired result is if the target is "Open" or "Closed", e.g. Up or Down), to more sensors, since at times you wish to have the opposite view - for example you have a firewall that blocks access to a specific port from most of the world but allow only from specific address(es), sometime the allowed source is the same PC where PRTG runs - which makes it harder to config a sensor that will alert that the port is now open to the rest of the world) - and you wish to be alerted when a port does become accessible, is "up" for various source, the "up" is "bad" for you.

Sensors that can benefit from it are "Cloud Ping v2" and "Cloudf HTTP v2".
