Trying to set up SMS messaging using Twilio. Set it up with Pagertree and it was very simple. Take their API plug it in and it worked. No such luck with Twilio. Anyone have any experience or thoughts on Twilio?

We already reached out via mail to you regarding this matter.
PRTG currently supports only HTTP GET requests for custom SMS delivery providers.
Twilio's API needs HTTP POST requests to properly work, therefore Twilio is currently unsupported in PRTG.
As a workaround you can use a PowerShell Script to send text messages via Twilio as described in their API documentation here: How to Make REST API Requests to Twilio in PowerShell
There is also a third party TwilioPager application developed by one of our customers at: PRTG-TwilioPager

You can find our current Roadmap here. Currently, as of time writing this, it doesn't seem to be on it.
If you want to have it added, you can submit a Feature Request for it.
