When you look at the ping sensor, results are shown in the average section in such a way:
Date Time | Ping Time | Minimum | Maximum | Packet Loss | Downtime | Coverage |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Averages (of 481 values) | 110 ms | 109 msec | 112 msec | <1 % | 0 % | 100 % |
If you have hopefully low packet loss rate, it would be a good additional information to know how much pings were lost from the amount of pings which were sent. That could look like this:
Date Time | Ping Time | Minimum | Maximum | Packet Loss | Downtime | Coverage |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Averages (of 481 values) | 110 ms | 109 msec | 112 msec | <1 % (1 of 481) | 0 % | 100 % |
That would help to get very quick a good idea about the quality of the line
