User story
We need to keep the acknowledge status over time, even if we restart probe service and/or the machine itself. Why? Simply because this is a manual status, operated by the IT team to deal with an identified problem. That problem can last longer than the PRTG reboot frequency, and it does not make any sense to present again a new alarm for the same issue.
Alarms can trigger notifications to create tickets in external ITSM tool... With the current behaviour, that means several ticket for the same issue may be created. Leading the IT team to loose time for managing this.
