User story

As a PRTG user, I want to customize a web page that shows progress during PRTG service startup.

Details of user story

We would like to guide users on how to respond during service startup. So, we would like to be able to add any message such as "Please wait while the service is starting" or "Please refer to following URL instead" to the web page that displays the progress of the service startup.

Acceptance criteria

Allow users to add any message the web page.
