I need to edit dozens of TAGS that are applied to hundreds of devices and groups. At this moment only multiple edition of all devices or groups. It would be a significant improvement to have a table with all the tags added by users, modifying the tag in the table, automatically the tag was modified in devices or groups.

You're correct, this isn't something that PRTG current allows, however I'd encourage you to post this as a feature request, using our guide on how to propose new features or sensors for PRTG.
If the request receives enough upvotes, it will be considered as a future possibility in PRTG.
