at present PRTG redis sensor doesn't support certificate validation for redis. We took your open source code and modified it to support certificate validation. Please let us know, how do we propose this solution to you? Also let me know, if you want us to share the code.

The best thing to do in this situation, is to submit a feature request, and detail your script additions and proposition. For more information on how to do this, please do have a read of this knowledge base article on how to propose new features for PRTG.
