Possibility to easily backup/restore devices and sensors

I know it isn't possible as it is today, however I really do think it should be on the roadmap.

Accidentially deleting a sensor/device can be a "real" hazard to bring back. It ougtha be possible to make some sort of "trashcan" where deleted devices/sensors could end up.

I would glad accept the data missed while it was in the "trashcan", but the history..... oh the history

Is anyone aware of there is any plans for this?
