Help recovery files prtg

From the moment I back up the two main prtg folders, in case of a problem on my server what is the process of restoring these files?

Hi there,

In order to restore a previous configuration after crash please follow these steps: 1. Stop both PRTG services:
Open the PRTG Administration Tool on your PRTG core server system.
Open the Service Start/Stop tab.
Click on Stop Core Server and Stop Probe Service

2. Copy "PRTG Network Monitor" back up files.
3. Paste and overwrite the respective files in the below paths
C:\ProgramData\Paessler
C:\Program Files (x86)

5. Restart both PRTG services:
Open the PRTG Administration Tool on your PRTG core server system.
Open the Service Start/Stop tab.
Click on Start Core Server and Start Probe Service

6. PRTG will now run with the previous configuration.
