User Story

We are in the process of restructuring our security so that it is easier to audit user access. We use Active Directory and have over 4000 active employees so we need to make it as simple to scale as possible.

We are following the UGLR system and as such would like to use Domain Local security groups for the resources and Global User groups for teams.

Currently PRTG does not seem to recognise nested security group membership. Could you please impliment this feature?

Could you please impliment Active Directory based nested security group awareness into PRTG?

Acceptance criteria

Criterion #1 Can check if a user is part of a nested security group and grant access to PRTG accordingly.
