Feature-request: Disable ticket system

User story

As a PRTG user, I want a way to deactivate the ticket system completely.

Details of user story

We use our own system and don't want to deal with removing tickets in the PRTG ticket system or to have to pay attention to it at all.

Acceptance criteria

Criterion #1 -> a way to deactivate the ticket system

Hi Emil,

I'm afraid that deactivating the ticket system is not possible at the moment. If you want to add this as a feature request, I would like to ask you to follow our guide here.
