User story
As a PRTG user, I want a way to deactivate the ticket system completely.
Details of user story
We use our own system and don't want to deal with removing tickets in the PRTG ticket system or to have to pay attention to it at all.
Acceptance criteria
- Criterion #1 -> a way to deactivate the ticket system
