Dear orientorient,

Thank you for your support inquiry.

I'm sorry, but PRTG's customizability is not able to stop a process with the internal context menu. If you want to process being stopped automatically, please add a state triggered notification, which can execute a program file.

Best regards,
Sebastian

Hello Thanks for your response. That is, we can not do more with the context menu? Is It possible to design any customized function on the context menu?? Thanks.

Yes, your assumption is correct. You can not customize PRTG's context menu.

Hello, How about customizing "Sensor tab" that has columns "Channel, ID, Last Value, Maximum, Minimum, Setting" ? Could i customize the event when i click the column like Channel, etc, it always shows "Edit Channel" Windows ?? Thanks.

I'm sorry, but there is no possibility to customize the Overview-tab of a sensor, as it is hard coded in PRTG's program code.

In channel settings can be defined, how data from the sensor's different channels is displayed. Please find further information about sensor channels in our manual.

The best approach for you is, as mentioned before, to add a state triggered notification which executes a program file.

Best regards,
Sebastian

No, there are plenty customization possibilities such as:

However, kindly note that while we do provide support for our software, we're unable to provide support for customizations.

To come back to your request to stop a service via PRTG; please use a state triggered third-party program as BAT, CMD, DLL, EXE, PS1, or VBS.

Best regards,
Sebastian
